Dr. Rabia Rashdi received her Ph.D. in December 2023 from the University of Vigo, Spain with both industrial and international distinctions. Her research focused on the operation and maintenance of urban infrastructure, using advanced mobile mapping systems and machine learning techniques. Her expertise includes geospatial data analysis, remote sensing, smart infrastructure, and sustainability. She specializes in geotechnologies and the integration of multiple engineering disciplines to enhance sustainable practices in civil infrastructure, construction, and energy-related sectors. Dr. Rashdi is actively involved in the European project LIAISON, where she contributes to the implementation of life cycle assessment (LCA) for transport infrastructure. She also serves as the Associated Partner Coordinator of the NORISK Master Program, fostering collaboration among academic and industry partners.
