The identification of problems in transportation infrastructure is inherently associated with significant uncertainty. Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) has demonstrated strong potential for enhancing the monitoring and management of such infrastructure. The WISE project proposes a network-based monitoring strategy for geotechnical assets, aiming to reduce risk and maintenance costs through the development of the first integrated web-based platform for optimal monitoring, intelligent diagnostics, and cost-efficient management of critical infrastructure systems.
